Delivery / Shipping Policy

We take the utmost care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented. Needless to say, all E-Walls Studio products pass through our hands, which allows us to devote ourselves to ensuring that your order will arrive safely, timely, and smartly. Almost all our products are stowed in crush-test corrugated boxes and packed carefully.

During the business week, we ship our orders within 2-3 working days (Sun-Thu). Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order promptly so, by all means, contact us directly if you are up against a deadline.

UAE Domestic Shipping

We offer a multitude of domestic shipping options via Aramex and also offer the option for the order to be collected directly from our studio in Al Barsha 01, Dubai at no extra cost.

  • We ship using Aramex Courier
  • Shipping costs are 20 AED for all orders, except for orders above 500 AED that shipping is free of charge then.
  • At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide us with a physical address.
  • Once shipped, please allow 2-3 working days for the order to reach you.

International Shipping

We regularly ship all over the world and offer a multitude of options via Aramex, DHL  and FedEx.

The delivery charge will be calculated based on the country/place of delivery and weight/dimensions of the package. Delivery charges will be informed before the item is dispatched.

The time duration for the shipment to reach the customer will be around a week.

Note: Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, for the following reasons:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered with.

simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will happily accept your return and process a refund or exchange.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
The sale of all limited edition products, products that have been engraved, monogrammed, embossed, personalized (etc.), bulk orders are final and non-refundable.

Domestic Return/Exchange Policy

Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to E-Walls Studio. We recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number. Alternatively, we encourage you to come visit us in our Studio directly.

International Return/Exchange Policy

International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items. We recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.

Cancellation Policy

A customer can cancel their order within 5 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

We collect customer information in order to improve our services, catalogue and to offer personalized outreach. We respect your right to privacy. You may opt out of information collection at any point, and decide how your information is used. You may edit or remove any personal information collected in the process of standard business interactions. Security takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, ( cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.


Our decals are made from a high quality REMOVABLE waterproof sticky vinyl. They are extremely durable and have a life expectancy of 3-4 years in indoor environments. Our decals will also last for years without peeling or fading.
All items are designed to be removable but once removed, they cannot be re-used.

Variations in the paint, surface type, age and condition of the wall could result in minor paint damage when vinyl is removed.

Our decals can be applied on 90% of all walls, including slightly textured walls, interior & exterior walls, mirrors, windows, cars or any smooth surface.
You can test this by applying a regular sticker on your wall, and if it sticks then your wall decals should work on your walls.
